We are saddened to share the very sad news that Nansato Nursery Trust’s beloved and dedicated teacher Rhoda passed away in February 2021.
Rhoda was one of the founding teachers at Nansato Nursery Trust and was a fantastic teacher and a dear friend to all of the trust. We miss her infectious laugh, larger than life personality and her generosity. Rhoda will forever be a part of the Nansato family.
Following the sad news about Rhoda, the Nansato Nursery Trust team in Malawi worked diligently to find a new teacher. Mevis, who has been an assistant at Samson since the Trust founded, has been promoted to teacher at Pasani nursery and a new assistant named Catherine has been recruited to work alongside Feston, who is a teacher at Nkanda nursery.
