In May 2007, a group of 24 intrepid cyclists from Banchory West Church pedalled 60 miles from Laxford Bridge, on the west coast, to Dorno.
They raised thousands of pounds for Aba Urban Health Centre in Nigeria and Nansato Nursery Trust – both projects are supported by the church on an ongoing basis.
